Mindfulness Relaxation Training

Mindfulness Relaxation Training is an 5 week group course of 5 to 7 participants that focuses on mindfulness skills to cope with stress, regluate emotions and improve the quality of relationships. 

During each week the paricipants are able to process their thoughts, learn a new mindfulness exercise, and be provided practical methods to use in day-to-day life.  

Week 1: Mindfulness Defined and Experienced.

Week 2: Stress and Coping. 

Week 3: Regulating Emotions. 

Week 4: Relationships. 

Week 5: Living a Balanced Life.
