ADHD Assessment

According to the CDC, ADHD is one of the most common neurodevelopmental disorders of childhood. It is usually first diagnosed in childhood and often lasts into adulthood. 
 

ADHD can be an impulsive/hyperactive or inattentive and distractible type. Undiagnosed ADHD for children or adults can cause many other symptoms like depression, anger outbursts, feelings of guilt,  anxiety, financial instability, poor self-esteem. 


The Neighbors Counseling Services offers comprehensive ADHD assessments for $100 to include: 

  • Self-report questionnaire to complete and one for a loved one who knows you. 

  • 60-minute diagnostic interview 

  • 10+ page detailed report 

  • Individualized action plans for ways to regulate attention during work, relationships, and in daily life. 

 

ADHD assessments do not provide any guarantee for work or school accommodations or prescription medications from licensed medical or psychiatric professionals if diagnosed with ADHD.
