Quinton is an LPC in Texas with a Masters of Art in Professional Counseling from Amberton University. He has experience working in the community, hospital settings, and in private practice.

Life can be difficult and facing emotional distress can be something that requires courage and support. I hope to provide an understanding environment that promotes a meaning-centered way of living.

I use a Meaning Based Therapy that assumes the search for meaning in life is a primary motivating factor in how we think and feel. Working through difficult situations in a supportive and encouraging environment can hopefully activate the search for meaning to strengthen your sense of peace, hope, and happiness.

Lydia is an LPC-Intern in Texas who graduated from Amberton University with a Masters of Art in Professional Counseling. She has experience working in the community, residential setting, and at the Ross Institute of Psychological Trauma.

Lydia's belief in counseling is rooted in the sense of empowerment found in working through often unfair and painful experiences. She tries to provide a supportive but challenging environment to find your voice and understanding your purpose.

I use a integrated approach with aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy with a focus on mindfulness, somatic experiencing and DBT skills.
