As your therapist, my goal is to provide a safe and gentle environment for you and your loved ones to process pain, past trauma, and new transitions as you journey through life. I teach my clients how to find the peace within through mindfulness practices, learning new coping strategies, setting intentional boundaries, and gently exploring how to love themselves fully. I work best with clients who are curious about life and the narratives their own personal experiences have created for them. I use a Family Systems approach to understanding my clients while using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help clients identify how their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences all work within how they view themselves and interact with the world around them.
Please feel free to call, text, or email to set up a 10-15 minute consultation through which I can more directly address questions you may have. I look forward to talking with you soon.
