How I provide support

I help my clients' process pain, past trauma, and new transitions as they journey through life. I teach them how to find peace within through mindfulness practices, learning new coping strategies, setting intentional boundaries, and gently exploring how to love themselves fully.

Where via online therapy sessions or in person at our Denton, Texas location, I work best with clients who are curious about life and the narratives their own personal experiences have created for them. I use a Family Systems approach to understanding their needs while using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help them identify how their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences all work within how they view themselves and interact with the world around them.
