Josh completed his Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at Texas Woman’s University. Joshua has experience working in the community and hospital settings. Joshua has worked with individuals seeking crisis services, incarcerated individuals, military veterans, and activity duty service members. Joshua also has experience working with individuals struggling with substance use.

The experiences that we have throughout our lives impact the way in which we interact with the world. These experiences can be major life events, chronic everyday stressors, or a mixture of both. Therapy is a place where we can explore these events and how they effect us. Out of this exploration we can gain insight, learn skills, and manage the distress we experience. I work using Dialectical Behavior Therapy to improve individual’s skills in mindfulness, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and emotional regulation.

Please feel free to call, text, or email to set up a 10-15 minute consultation through which I can more directly address questions you may have. I look forward to talking with you soon.
