Life can be unfair and can lead to feelings of exhaustion, fear, shame, frustration, and confusion. If you are looking for a way to recover from a painful event(s) in your life, I invite you to join me on a journey to live a more expressive and creative life. I will assist you by providing a safe and compassionate space, as you gain insight into limiting beliefs and messages while learning new ways of reacting to situations. Lydia uses the light and color experiential methods of Emotional Transformation Therapy ETT and accomplishes therapy goals by integrating Trauma Model, Experiential and Adlerian Therapy.
