How I provide support
Childhood trauma, but struggling to live in the aftermath of it, is the heart and soul of my practice. Helping clients find control over their lives, symptoms, and future is the main goal of therapy. I do this from a Trauma-Informed Adlerian Approach, but I also incorporate other specific interventions as needed. I have basic and advanced training in EMDR, and I am certified in DBT and Trauma Model Therapy. I am also a trained yoga instructor and incorporate mindfulness techniques and other limbs of yoga into therapy as appropriate. I am LGBTQ+, affirming and accepting of all people from all cultures and walks of life who struggle with past trauma, dissociation, attachment, relationships, and emotional dysregulation.
Currently, my therapy sessions are available online!
