My Journey
 
I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of North Texas in Fashion Design. I lived in India and provided vocational training to women who experienced abuse while being sex trafficked. I completed my graduate degree in Master of Arts in Professional Counseling at Amberton University, and I am now licensed to practice in Texas. I obtained a certification in Trauma Model Therapy and the color and eye movement methods of Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT). I am pursuing continued training in Poly Vagal Theory and other Somatic based therapies. 
 
How I provide support
 
Life is somestimes just unfair and facing the painful experiences from the past can be a difficult task. I will assist you by offering a safe and compassionate space as we navigate your often complex inner system to learn new ways of reacting to situations. Integrating your body and mind in a safe interaction can hopefuly lead to long lasting change.
