Quinton is Trauma Model Therapy certified by the Ross Institute of Psychological Trauma and has received training in Mindfulness and Acceptance Therapy and the light and color techniques of Emotional Transformation Therapy. He has experience working in the community, hospital, and private practice settings. His specialties include; Trauma, Anxiety/Depression, Obsessive Compulsion, Avoidant Personality Traits, and Attention/Impulse Control Issues.

Developing as a person is a lifelong process of adapting to changes. Traumatic experiences or stress can cause this development to regress or be blocked. Sometimes we need support while we process what has happened to better express how we feel. Out of this therapeutic interaction, new and creative skills will emerge and can transform symptoms into something meaningful. To accomplish this therapy goal I integrate Trauma Model Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
