Veterans Trauma Support & Empowerment

Service Description

Our Veterans focused support groups are designed to support veterans who need additional support with others who understand their unique experience as a previous military service member. Group members will review the book “Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for PTSD Veteran Manual". Participants will: Understand the effects of trauma and stress specific to their experiences Engage in practices to overcome the pull to avoid painful memories and anxiety Learn skills to help you live a life that matters to you, despite the presence of distress Clarify values and build a path towards living a meaningful life.
