Hello! I'm Vivianna.
I specialize in Trauma, Life Stressors, Grief, Depression, and Anxiety.
I have experience in private practice, hospitals, and community centers.
I studied at Hardin-Simmons University and earned my graduate degree in Psychology and Counseling. Before earning my degree, I held a position as a behavioral therapist and acquired knowledge on how to execute behavioral plans and cultivate coping strategies for a wide range of patients. I also jointly led support groups for women to increase their self-confidence and feel secure. In the past, a passion of mine was to volunteer for refugees by helping them access government and community resources and to adjust to cultural changes. My own mental well-being motivated me to pursue this field and assist others in navigating their difficulties.
How I provide support
I take an eclectic approach when working with clients. I want to know your hopes and worries, and then draw on multiple theories that will help you uniquely achieve those goals. Whether it is fighting off depression, learning how to adjust to the new transitions in your life, or any other goals you have, I am here to support you. For your convenience, I only provide online therapy services.
