I have experience working with adolescents in school settings, community mental health centers, and PHP/IOP settings with individuals and groups. I have helped numerous adolescents overcome challenges and develop coping skills essential for their emotional and social well-being.

How I provide support

I support clients in trauma recovery, adolescent and school issues, anxiety, depression, and therapeutic case management.

I aim to provide a safe and accepting environment for clients to process life stressors and express their unique perspective of the world. My client-centered practice is informed by the belief that every person has inherent strengths and intrinsic resources that foster their growth and healing. I utilize mind-body therapies to help clients discover insights and establish felt safety and security.
