How I provide support

I assist clients with trauma recovery, adolescent challenges, school issues, anxiety, depression, and therapeutic case management. My goal is to provide a safe, welcoming space for clients to navigate life stressors and express their unique perspectives. My client-centered approach is based on the belief in inherent strengths and internal resources for growth and healing. I use mind-body therapies to help clients gain insights and achieve safety and security.
