I have experience working with adolescents in school settings, community mental health centers, and PHP/IOP settings with individuals and groups. I have helped numerous adolescents overcome challenges and develop coping skills essential for their emotional and social well-being.

How I provide support

I assist clients with trauma recovery, adolescent challenges, school-related issues, anxiety, depression, and therapeutic case management. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming space for clients to work through life stressors and share their unique worldview. My client-centered approach is grounded in the belief that everyone possesses inherent strengths and internal resources that promote their growth and healing. I employ mind-body therapies to help clients gain insights and achieve a sense of safety and security.
