How I provide support

I provide support for individuals dealing with trauma recovery, adolescent development, anxiety, depression, and LGBTQ+ issues.

I believe in allowing my clients to lead their therapeutic experience and meeting them where they are. I strive to encourage and empower them to process and explore difficult experiences within a safe environment. I understand the importance of being flexible and open to what my clients need each week to ensure that our therapy sessions are meaningful and productive.
