How I provide support

I strive to cultivate a safe and supportive environment to allow a sense of ease with the discomfort of vulnerability. Finding our authentic and genuine self can be difficult with the pressures of society and people pleasing tendencies, which is something I give space for each individual to discover. My goal is for each client to feel heard, seen, and validated within their experiences while broaching challenges gently around areas of growth and change as we are often our own largest obstacles. Collaboration, acceptance, and warmth lead to insight and awareness, and with building life skills together, we can tackle this wild happenstance we call life.
