Philosophy of therapy and area of focus

I believe that our relationships with others shape our beliefs and our approach to solving life's problems. In therapy, my goal is to explore the connections between individuals and couples in order to facilitate personal and relational change. As a result, I provide support to those seeking trauma recovery, couples and families, adolescents (15+), LGBTQIA+ individuals, and those grappling with the distress of neurodivergence.

How I provide support

Through authenticity, humor, and the deeply held belief that you will always know you better than I could ever know you, I work with you to develop meaningful, empowering relationships with yourself and with others around you. Your story is a valuable part of you and I look forward to hearing it and collaborating together to change the narrative from struggle and symptoms to insight and resilience.
