• Trauma Model Therapy certified

• Eye Movement Reprocessing: Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT) level 2 certified

• Pursuing continued training in Poly Vagal Theory and other Somatic based therapies.

Philosophy of therapy and area of focus

Life can be unfair, and facing past pain can be difficult. The mind and body are built to survive even if it is by managing psychological pain through symptoms and diagnosis. I support complex trauma recovery, dissociative identity integration, understanding chronic childhood abuse, mood regulation, and addiction recovery.

How I provide support

I will assist you by offering a safe and compassionate space as we navigate your often complex inner system to learn new ways of reacting to situations. The problem is usually not the problem as we integrate your body and mind in a safe interaction that can hopefully lead to long lasting change.

I offer professional therapy services both online and in-person at our conveniently located office in Denton, Texas And Allen, Texas.
