• Provided vocational training to women in India who experienced human trafficking.

• Master of Arts in Professional Counseling

• Trauma Model Therapy certified

• Eye Movement Reprocessing: Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT) level 2 certified

• Pursuing continued training in Poly Vagal Theory and other Somatic based therapies.

How I provide support

I support complex trauma recovery, dissociative identity disorder, understanding chronic childhood abuse, mood regulation, and addiction recovery.

I will assist you by offering a safe and compassionate space as we navigate your often

complex inner system to learn new ways of reacting to situations. The problem is usually not the problem as we integrate your body and mind in a safe interaction that can hopefully lead to long lasting change.

As the CEO, my goal is to advance mental health by focusing on trauma-informed and client-centered care. To achieve this, I regularly connect with other professionals and provide a private support group for those experiencing persistent and chronic traumatic stress symptoms, emphasizing the development of grounding skills in the mind-body connection.

I offer professional therapy services both online and in-person at our conveniently located office in Denton, Texas And Allen, Texas.
