Philosophy of therapy and area of focus

I firmly believe that most symptoms and many diagnoses stem from feelings of stress that are created when our self-image and lived experiences no longer match. My approach centers on creating a therapeutic environment to aid individuals in their journey towards trauma recovery, addressing dissociation, nurturing personality development, or facilitating the processing the adversity of being a mental health professionals.

How I provide support

In order to foster insight into patterns and facilitate expressing emotions, I believe in providing a consistent, open, and unstructured environment. My goal is to empower clients with the freedom to explore their inner thoughts, emotions, and interpersonal relationships without constraints. This approach allows for genuine self-discovery and personal growth.

I offer professional counseling services both online and in-person at our conveniently located office in Allen, TX and online for those in Texas and Wisconsin.
