I support clients towards trauma recovery, addressing chronic anxiety, personality development, or mental health professional wellness.

As a supervisor and specialist in health promotion and education, I consider mental health to be crucial for a well-functioning society. I aim to lead by utilizing technology and community involvement to encourage policy change and provide education to both professionals and the public.

I offer professional counseling services and supervision both online and in-person at our conveniently located office in Allen, TX and online for those in Texas and Wisconsin.
