How I provide support

I specialize in working with women’s issues, individual navigating complex and chronic PTSD, mood dysregulation, and cultural minority population needs.

I recognize that trauma affects each person differently, which is why I tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs. My practice is rooted in a client centered approach that focuses on creating a supportive space for clients to feel recognized, aiming for vulnerability and authenticity in a challenging world.

As a first-generation Indian American with a background in social work, I offer insights into cultural challenges and systemic issues causing stress.

I offer professional counseling services both online and in-person at our conveniently located office in Allen, TX.
