Theory of Change and Growth
Finding our authentic and genuine self can be difficult with the pressures of society and people pleasing tendencies, which is something I give space for each individual to discover. My goal is for each client to feel heard, seen, and validated within their experiences while broaching challenges gently around areas of growth and change as we are often our own largest obstacles.
Intervention Style
Collaboration, acceptance, and warmth are foundational elements that foster an environment conducive to insight and awareness. This collaborative focus encourages open dialogue, where you can feel valued and heard, leading to deeper understanding and find the confidence to make changes and grow.
