Theory of Change and Growth
 
Life isn’t always fair, and the weight you’re carrying can feel overwhelming, but my focus is to walk alongside you as a collaborative partner to create a shared understanding and a meaningful path through emotional and psychological pain. The problem that brings a person into therapy is rarely the actual problem, but rather a reflection of how your internal system has adapted to navigate life’s challenges. By getting to know your inner parts, listening to the wisdom of your body through somatic awareness, and learning to regulate your nervous system, you can stabilize your mood and shift out of survival mode.
 
Intervention Style
 
Together, we will establish a holding space that helps you contain and deal with pain in a new way. We employ a variety of techniques, selected based on our interactions and understanding of stress patterns and coping strategies. Our therapeutic relationship together we create and develop is the core source for understanding what has happened in the past and finding a sense of wholeness within your system.

We are committed to providing fair and reasonable session rates for all clinicians, regardless of their experience level. Our billing model is designed to make quality mental health care accessible while ensuring our dedicated professionals are compensated appropriately.

Understanding Therapy Costs by Clinician Level:

  • Fully Licensed Professionals (LPC, LCSW, LMFT): Our current rate for individual therapy sessions with fully licensed therapists is set at $120 per session. Nationally, these sessions typically range from $90 to $200. These clinicians have completed extensive training, supervision, and state licensure requirements.
  • Provisional/Associate-Level Clinicians (LPC Associate, LMSW, LMFT Associate): Our current rate for sessions with provisional or associate-level therapists is set at $95 per session. Nationally, the average cost for these sessions ranges from $65 to $120. These clinicians are highly skilled, have completed their master's degrees, and are working under the direct supervision of a fully licensed professional as they accumulate hours towards full licensure.
  • Student Interns: Sessions with student interns, who are gaining practical experience under close supervision, typically range from $0 to $85 per session. This provides an affordable entry point for therapy while ensuring high-quality care through rigorous oversight.
