My ideal clients are adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, or feeling overwhelmed by life's challenges. Many come to me after feeling stuck, frustrated, or discouraged, whether they're experiencing symptoms for the first time or have tried treatment in the past without finding the right fit.
 
My goal is to help clients better understand their symptoms, identify treatment options that align with their goals, and develop a plan that supports lasting improvement.
