Theory of Change and Growth

In our work together, you’ll find a nonjudgmental space where you’re truly seen and heard. You are not alone, and you don’t have to leave parts of yourself at the door. We’ll focus on reclaiming your voice, reconnecting with your strength, and moving toward healing.

My Intervention

My style is holistic and relational, centered on treating the whole person. We’ll explore what’s happening inside you, the relationships, cultural values, and environments that shape your world.
