Theory of Change and Growth

My approach is rooted in the belief that healing already exists within you. Together, we will explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that may be standing in the way of your growth, while building on the strengths you already possess.

This approach is built on a simple idea: healing isn't about changing who you are, but about getting back to who you’ve always been. It suggests that things like strength, peace, and confidence aren't qualities you need to go out and find—they are already built into you. Over time, life experiences like fear, pain, and self-doubt act like layers of dust covering up those qualities.

Intervention Style

When you sit down in session with me, it won't feel like a lecture or a test you have to pass. It will feel like a collaborative, unhurried space where you can finally take a breath. Together, we will look at the heavy patterns, old beliefs, and painful experiences that have been making you feel stuck. But we aren't just looking at what's broken; we are actively shining a light on the resilience you’ve used to survive this far. You’ll leave our sessions feeling less like you need to be "fixed" and more like you are finally remembering how strong you actually are.
