Theory of Change and Growth
I recognize that trauma affects each person differently, which is why I tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs. My practice is rooted in a client centered approach that focuses on creating a supportive space for clients to feel recognized, aiming for vulnerability and authenticity in a challenging world.
Intervention Style
You will experience a supportive space where your unique healing needs are fully acknowledged and met. Our goal is to create an environment where you feel truly recognized and seen, fostering the vulnerability and authenticity required to navigate and thrive in a challenging world. In addition, as a first-generation Indian American with a background in social work, I offer insights into cultural challenges and systemic issues causing stress for those in need of cultural competent interventions.
