Counseling & Group Therapy – Licensed therapists offer individual, couples, family, and group counseling to support individuals facing stress, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and more.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) – A structured daytime treatment program offering approximately four hours of therapy each weekday while allowing participants to return home in the evening.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) – A flexible treatment option providing several hours of therapy per day while allowing participants to maintain work, school, and family responsibilities.

Connections Wellness Group also offers specialized programs for dual diagnosis and substance use disorders, trauma recovery, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, LGBTQIA+ mental health, and support for veterans, first responders, and military personnel.
