Theory of Change and Growth
I believe change begins with understanding. When individuals feel heard and supported, they are better able to explore their experiences and move toward growth. I help patients understand the “why” behind their symptoms while implementing strategies to support change. Growth is not about perfection, but about progress—building insight, resilience, and confidence over time.
Intervention Style
I take a personalized approach to care, tailoring treatment to your unique needs. I begin by getting to know your history, completing a thorough assessment, and understanding your symptoms. From there, we collaborate using evidence-based practices to create a plan that feels both effective and manageable while supporting your goals and overall mental wellness.
