Overview of Services

Texas Health Behavioral Health provides multiple levels of care designed to meet varying clinical needs. Programs are structured to support individuals at different stages of treatment, including stabilization, intensive outpatient care, and step-down services following inpatient treatment.

Available Programs

Inpatient Program

The inpatient program provides 24-hour monitoring, treatment, and stabilization for individuals experiencing acute behavioral health conditions. Care is delivered in a structured, supervised environment with medical and clinical support.

Detoxification Services

The detoxification program offers medically supervised withdrawal management for individuals with substance use disorders. Patients are monitored by nurses and physicians, and treatment plans are individualized based on clinical needs.

Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP)

Partial Hospitalization Programs provide a high level of structured care for individuals who do not require inpatient hospitalization but benefit from intensive daily treatment.

Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program (Mental Health)

Designed for adolescents requiring structured outpatient care, often as a transition from inpatient treatment.

Adult Partial Hospitalization Program (Mental Health)

Supports adults with primary mental health conditions who require intensive therapeutic services without 24-hour supervision.

Adult Partial Hospitalization Program (Substance Use Disorder)

Provides structured treatment for individuals recovering from substance use disorders, often as a step-down from inpatient care.

Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)

Intensive Outpatient Programs offer structured treatment with greater flexibility than PHP, allowing individuals to maintain daily responsibilities while receiving care.

Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (Mental Health)

Focuses on skill-building and symptom management through group and individual therapy sessions. Patients learn coping strategies to manage stressors and improve daily functioning.

Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (Substance Use Disorder)

Designed for individuals in recovery from substance use disorders, providing support, education, and relapse prevention strategies.

Texas Health Springwood Behavioral Health HEB offers a continuum of care that includes inpatient treatment, detoxification services, and structured outpatient programs such as PHP and IOP.
